These are the perfect, easy, no bake dessert for your Halloween party this weekend. It incorporates some of my favourite flavours: peanut butter and cheesecake. Plus anything that avoids baking is my kind of dessert, am I right?

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pops

  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp of icing sugar
  • Paper lollipop sticks
  • White chocolate or milk chocolate
  • Black and white sprinkles
  • Red food colouring

Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth and creamy. Take about a tablespoon of dough and form into a ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Skewer each dough ball with a lollipop stick (you can find these at the Bulk Barn).

Once you’ve filled the baking sheet, place it into the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Using a double boiler technique, melt the chocolate.  Take each dough ball and dip into the melted chocolate. Use your finger to smooth the chocolate over the dough. Decorate with sprinkles or if you’ve used white chocolate add a couple drops of red food dye on the top and let it drip down the sides.  Keep the pops refrigerated  or in the freezer until ready to eat.
