Rino’s Kitchen will be hosting a Butcher Demo Dinner on Sunday, February 22. 2014 at 4:00pm to help you get to know where your food comes from.
A talented butcher will be on hand to show you how to break down the beautiful Berkshire Pork the restaurant gets from Wagner Farms.
The menu will not only be a showcase of what Essex County has to offer but will also highlight the skills and talents of local artisans who have revived the lost art of butchery.
The tickets are $90 per person and include a 5-course dinner Paired with local wines a butcher demo.
