From June 18-23, 2014, the Caesars Windsor restaurant will be offering Caribbean specials that include:
- Crisp oyster fritters with spicy chipotle may and lemon wedges for only $7.99
- Puerto Rican Asopao, a Spanish Caribbean casserole enriched with clams, scallops, shrimp, mussels and lobster served in a rich saffron rice broth for $21.99
- Banana lemon grass creme brulee for $6.00
