Join Mezzo Ristorante & Lounge on February 28, 2014, for a pairing of local beer and Mezzo cuisine.
Chef and co-owner Mike Barlozzari has prepared a 5 course, unique menu and Walkerville Brewery owner Chris Ryan has paired them with the best beers from the brewery.
With new taps recently installed, it’s the first time Mezzo Ristorante are pairing fine food with local beer.
A representative from Walkerville Brewery will be on hand explaining every beer chosen and how it pairs with the food.
Tickets are $45 per person.
The menu and pairings for the evening will consist of:
First Course
Pulled pork and smoked chicken spring rolls paired with Honest Lager.
Second Course
Beer battered halibut paired with Loophole Ale
Thirs Course
Braised lamb shank paired with Black Lager
Fourth Course
Blackened pork ribs paired with Indie Pale Ale
Fifth Course
Habanero chocolate cake paired with Milk Stout
