On Saturday, October 27, 2012, Rino’s Kitchen will be hosting another session of their popular Butcher Demonstration and dinner.
Owner and chef, Rino Bortolin, feels that understanding where our meat comes from has never been so important. A butcher will be on hand to show you how to break down the beautiful lamb they sourced from within Essex County.
The menu will showcase the best that our region has to offer and will feature:
- Mint tagliatelle with lamb ragu
- Seared Lamb Chops w/apple and rhubarb chutney
- Indian inspired lamb stew
- Homemade Pumpkin Walnut Cheesecake
The event begins at 6:30pm. Tickets are $50 plus tax per person and includes the 4-course dinner and butcher demonstration.
