On Sunday, September 16, 2012, join Rino’s Kitchen as they host an adult cooking class.
From 6:30pm to 8:00pm, participants will create and enjoy a 4 course tasting menu with 2 wine samples. Cost is $35 per person.
Chef Rino Bortolin continues his focus on local food and will be featuring what’s fresh and in season. After working with local farmers to line up what is available, the following is the menu that will be created and eaten:
- Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
- Gnocchi in a brown butter & sage sauce with roasted garlic
- Pork Cutlets with fig jam and smoked mozzarella
- Apple Cinnamon Granola Crunch
