After a week of dining out daily and sometimes multiple times a day, it took a day of rest and digesting before I could finally muster the energy to even turn on a computer…but it was sooooo worth it!
Pina and I would like to give a big thank you to all our members who participated in the 2011 Eat Your City Culinary Week: Bozii, Centro, Chanoso’s Restaurant, Crave Grill, Dalhousie Bistro, Gourmet Emporium, Jack’s Gastropub, Mettawas Station, Mezzo Ristorante, Motor Burger, Rino’s Kitchen, Sangria Latin Lounge, Sale e Pepe Ristorante, Taste Bud Bistro, The Main Grill & Ale House, The Manchester and The RyeGate, as well as Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery for offering picnics at their winery for the entire week.
We would also like to thank everyone who came out to all the Eat Your City events, including the first (and hoping to be annual) Flicks & Fare Food Film Festival (f5) helping make it a roaring success.
Most importantly, we would like to thank each and every person who went out and dined at a participating restaurant over the last week. Without you, Eat Your City nor the restaurants would have had the success they did.
Now we excitedly wait until 2012 Winter Bites Culinary Week which takes place January 16-22….
