That’s right.  Dandelions.  If you follow us on Facebook, then you know that I was cooking up a few dandelions that I picked from my backyard.

Highly nutritious and always in abundance, dandelions are just another green.  You can use them in salads, fritters or saute them in a little garlic and butter, like I did.

Remember!  Do not use or eat anything that has been sprayed with herbicides or pesticides.  And if you have a dog, well….I think you might want to avoid picking the dandelions in your yard.
