Friday May 27th is National Burger Day and the popular daily deals website GroupOn will be featuring burger deals all across Canada and the United States to kick-off the Summer season. Jack’s Gastropub, located in Kingsville, known for their delicious gourmet pub fare, and unique weekly feature burgers, has been chosen as the “must-have burger gem” and local favourite for Windsor & Essex County.
“We’re always looking to create something unique using local ingredients. Every Wednesday we launch a new feature burger that’s available for only one week. We even let our Facebook friends make recommendations. And if we create your burger, you eat it free!” says Jack’s Gastropub owner Trevor Loop.
Just this week, Jack’s announced its newest feature burger named “The County Road 20 Burger”, pictured above. The County Road 20 Burger made from all local ingredients, available along old county road 20, is a beef burger topped with local fresh tomatoes, grilled asparagus, roasted red peppers, sliced cucumber, brie cheese, & ranch dressing on a sesame seed bun.
Groupon Windsor will offer the Jack’s Gastropub Burger deal from Friday, May27, 2011 until Sunday, May 29th at midnight. The offer will consist of two gourmet burgers and choice of sides for the price of one – a value of up to $26 for only $13.
