The Downtown Windsor Farmers’ Market is seeking to hire an Assistant to the Site Manager for the 2011 season. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Site Manager and the Market Volunteer Committee cleaning and setting up the market site every Saturday during the market
season. Duties include sweeping, carrying picnic tables, going up and down a ladder, collection of refuse, assisting vendors to unload their products and other duties as assigned by the Site Manager and Market Volunteer Committee.

Candidate Qualities: The successful candidate will be highly organized, personable, and is a demonstrated team player. Strong communication skills and an ability to take directions well are required traits.

Hours: The Assistant to the Site Manager will work from 6:00am to 10:00am every market day (Saturday) from June 11-October 8, 2011.

Pay: Minimum wage $10.25 per hour. 4 paid hours every Saturday.
