On Friday, March 11, 2011, Crave Grill will be hosting a Beer Pairing Dinner.
“I wanted to try something different, hence the beer pairing dinner” stated owner Milan Miokovic. “For most serious foodies, matching wine with food is almost second nature. Beer is barely given a second thought.”
The cost is $35 per person with six courses, four of which are paired with beers.

Cheddar & Ale Soup
Drunken, Spicy & Shameless Shrimp
Served in a Creole sauce, paired with Rickard’s Dark
Gnocchi & Lager Infused Mushrooms
Topped in a roasted garlic cream sauce, paired with Creemore Springs Lager
Tilapia in a Citrus Salsa
Served with vegetables, paired with Rickard’s White
Braised Beef In a Coffee Porter
Finished with button mushrooms and pearl onions, paired with Mill Street’s Coffee Porter
