This past weekend, Jillian and I decided we would head out for breakfast at Rhythmz Grill & Music Cafe and invited some friends.

The Farmer's Medley Breakfast from Rhythmz Grill & Cafe

This definitely could turn into a regular breakfast spot for us as the food was terrific and the portions gigantic. I took on their Farmer’s Medley breakfast which consists of 3 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 1 piece of ham, 2 sausages, broasted potatoes and your choice of pancakes or French toast.

The Breakfast Wrap from Rhythmz Grill & Cafe

My favourite item from their menu is their breakfast wrap, which is essentially a build-your-own with options to choose from like asparagus, artichoke, corned beef, spinach, sausage and more. We weren’t too daring so our choices in the wrap shown above were red onions and sausage, but it is definitely a great way to mix things up if you’re a regular.

Talking with owner, Jason Richard, he was excited in discussing another reason to visit Rhythmz. Keeping in line with it’s name, the restaurant regularly features live entertainment. The jazz bands on the weekends are a customer favourite.

As you can see from the photos, the meals were huge, the food excellent (especially the potatoes) and the prices very, very reasonable. What more could you ask for from a breakfast?
