Last night, Jillian and called our friend Vinny and headed out to Centro on Erie Street for their 2011 Winter Bites Culinary Week menu.
To start, Jillian ordered the Sweet Potato Tempura Roll so we decided I would get the Cucumber Avocado Roll and we’d share.
The servings of the Carbonara were incredibly huge, so much so that I had a nice serving of leftovers for lunch today.
