The other day, Chanoso’s Restaurant and Oishii Sushi Bar co-owner, Mark Boscariol, invited WindsorEats over to sample some new menu items that were going to be added to the restaurants menu in the coming weeks.
They have been working hard to perfect their own twist to Bahn-mi, a type of Vietnamese ‘sandwich’, and the results were fantastic. I sampled two different versions: a pork belly Banh Mi and a shiitake mushroom Bahn Mi. There is also a ginger caramel chicken version in the works. Yum! Can’t wait!
