Last year, Smoke & Spice rolled over the competition at the Windsor International Air Show’s “Wings” event winning the “Best Dressed Wing”, “Best Naked Wing”, and the “People’s Choice”.
Well, they’re back there this year to compete on Friday, August 20, 2010 from 1pm to 10pm. If you’re a chicken wing aficionado, this is definitely a gig you don’t want to miss. Along with “undisputed heavy-wing champion” (I just made that up now so just humour me), Jovan’s Station, Brews & Cues and Cramdon’s are also competing.
Smoke & Spice will be there the rest of the weekend on Saturday and Sunday during the Air Show selling our wings as well as our Pulled Pork Poutine.
