That’s right. You heard me. You could win cash just by going out to dinner during Eat Your City 2010. The summer culinary week takes place August 1-7, 2010.
All it takes to enter is 3 easy steps:
Step One: Eat at a participating Eat Your City restaurant and order off the EYC menu.
Step Two: When you’ve paid for your dinner, write your full name, city and phone number on the back of your receipt.
Step Three: Place it in the ballot box at the restaurant.
A winner will be announced on August 31, 2010 and will win the amount of their receipt in cash!

Eligibility: To participate you must be 18 years of age or older as of August 1, 2010. The contest is void where restricted or prohibited by law. Employees of WindsorEats, their immediate families and members of their households, are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: Eat Your City 2010 begins Sunday, August 1, 2010 and ends Saturday, August 7, 2010. Only receipts with Eat Your City specials ordered on them during the Eat Your City promotion are eligible. Please write your name, city, province/state and phone number on the back of the receipt. Place completed receipt in the ballot box provided at each participating restaurant.
Alternate Method of Entry: You may participate in the Contest by sending one (1) hand-printed 3×5 postcard with your name, street address, city, state, zip code and email address to: WindsorEats, 1226 Windermere, Windsor, ON, N8Y 3E8. All entries must be received by August 28, 2010. No photocopied, computer generated, or automated entries are permitted.
Drawing and Notification: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing held on August 31, 2010 by WindsorEats whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest. Eligible entrants are those who successfully send in their restaurant receipts (dated during contest period of August 1-7, 2010 or one (1) 3×5 postcard with their contact information. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be announced on August 31, 2010 on WindsorEats.com. If a potential winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
Prize: The Grand Prize includes a cheque in the amount of the winning receipt drawn, up to a value of $200. More prizes are to be announced soon.
Contest Conditions: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Contest Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in WindsorEats or these Official Rules. Winners and entrants release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless WindsorEats and their respective employees from and against any liability or any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death), or property, of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or travel related thereto or participation in any WindsorEats-related activity or participation in this Contest.
Limitations of Liability: WindsorEats is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, stolen, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, or destroyed entries.
